EVENT FAQ
Q. Do I need to purchase a ticket for the adult and child?
A. No, each child ticket allows entrance to the La Petite Palace tea room for ONE accompanying adult. At this time we can not accommodate additional adults. ONE accompanying adult will be strictly enforced in order to stay within venue restrictions.
Q. Will I have a seat next to my child and be included in the experience?
A. The table set-up and experience is catered to the children for tea time and craft activities. Please note ticketed seat at the designated tea tables are for the participating children. Limited seating for the accompanying adult is available in bench style seating. While some craft experiences may need adult assistance, we design these events to allow the adults to sit back, relax and enjoy watching their little ones as they are treated to a magical experience.
Q. What are the current COVID protocols in place when attending a ticketed event?
A. La Petite Palace encourages individual guests and employees to use their personal discretion when pertaining to wearing face coverings/masks. La Petite Palace employees are no longer mandated to wear a face covering/mask during parties/events. (If state/local mandates change, we will update this policy.) Safety Precautions include: Limited guest capacity. (16 children/16 adults) Spacious table/seating placement. Sanitation stations readily available. When crafts are part of the activity schedule, each guest (child) will receive their own set of sanitized craft supplies as the sharing of craft supplies will be discouraged.
Q. We are no longer able to attend, what is the cancellation policy?
A. Tickets are only valid during the scheduled session and non-refundable. In the event you are unable to attend, we can offer a credit for a future event. Contact us as soon as you anticipate being unable to attend. In order to be eligible for a future event credit, NOLA Pixie Dust/La Petite Palace must be notified 24 hours prior to the start of the event. For cancellations within less than 24 hours, all supplies (excluding food/beverage) included in the ticket price will be packaged for the guest to pick-up at a later date/time. Ticket holder may be contacted for additional information if applicable for event activities.
