Submit a Party Inquiry Form
Once you have chosen your theme and considered any package add-on options, please complete the party inquiry form to begin the booking process. Due to the nature of our character entertainment schedule, online booking is not available in order to fulfill party requests on a first come, first served basis. Our party inquiry form is our only means of accepting bookings as it is our way to obtain all required information and ensure we fill all requests in the order of submission. While we would love to answer any questions you may have over the phone or in person, we are not able to accept any bookings outside of the party inquiry form. Upon receipt of your inquiry form, an event specialist will contact you to discuss availability, answer any questions & collect event deposit to secure your date/time. Expect a 24-48 hour response time from Friday-Sunday due to participation in weekend events. Once contacted, the date/time will be held for 24 hours to make deposit payment. Deposit payment & signed Terms & Conditions required to secure a booking.
